Reminder - All July 2021 Services are blended and begin at 9:30 AM (no 11AM services)
The Message for This Sunday - July 11, 2021
This past Sunday, on our Independence day, Pastor Rick suggested that America needs to be born again. For some, it may have been an uncomfortable message - this Sunday we are beginning a new five-part series called Jeremiah: A People in Crisis. How can we remain faithful to God even when many of the people around us are not? What are ways we can share the gospel, even when we face opposition? This five-week series explores the life and ministry of the prophet Jeremiah. Jeremiah’s ministry was characterized by opposition, suffering, and a message that his people did not want to hear. What can we learn from his faithful journey and the message that God gave his rebellious people? This series will look to the different ways that Jeremiah’s life displays the necessity of both deep faith and engagement with a world that needs it. Join us during the month of July for our 9:30 Blended service (no 11AM) - we will return to our normal service times beginning August 1.
This week's bulletin for Sunday July 11, 2021
July 18, 2021 - Jeremiah: A People in Crisis - Part Two
9 AM - Traditional Service
Our nine o'clock Traditional Service is one of the finest in the area. With Hymns, praise songs, a choir, pipe organ and baby grand piano (featuring Geoffrey Gee) and the liturgy you grew up with as a child, but without the stuffy - look down their nose at you - judgmental types! You've never met a more loving and friendly group of people!
11 AM - Contemporary Service
Contemporary Service with modern praise and worship music and a more laid back atmosphere. If you prefer modern worship music (guitars, Bass, Drums Keyboards, etc) and an atmosphere that allows for discussion and questions, then this service is for you! Currently we are looking for a keyboard player, we can also always use other singers and musicians to help when worship team members are unable to attend. Contact Pastor Rick if you feel called into music ministry.
