Sunday December 3, 2023
Time. It's a strange thing and it's been said that we experience time not in days, weeks, months or years, but in moments. This Advent season, we will be looking at four holy moments in the Christmas Story. This week we'll be looking at a special moment of obedience in a message called "When it's hard to obey." We hope you'll join us for either our 9AM Traditional or 11AM Modern worship service.
Our Bulletins for Sunday, December 3, 2023
9 AM - Traditional Service
Our nine o'clock Traditional Service is one of the finest in the area. With Hymns, praise songs, a choir, pipe organ and baby grand piano (featuring Geoffrey Gee) and the liturgy you grew up with as a child, but without the stuffy - look down their nose at you - judgmental types! You've never met a more loving and friendly group of people!
11 AM - Contemporary Service
Contemporary Service with modern praise and worship music and a more laid back atmosphere. If you prefer modern worship music (guitars, Bass, Drums Keyboards, etc) and an atmosphere that allows for discussion and questions, then this service is for you! Currently we are looking for a keyboard player and a live drummer, we can also always use other singers and musicians to help when worship team members are unable to attend. Contact Pastor Rick if you feel called into music ministry.
9:30 AM - Blended Service
Three times a year (January, April & October) we blend both our Traditional and Contemporary Services together bringing the entire church body together. Following the service we have a potluck brunch and then a Congregational Business meeting with our annual meeting being held in October.
